Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return Policy.

Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and unwashed accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email support@endkicks.com with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

*Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items and that we reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then you'll receive a full store credit shortly after.

Late or missing refunds  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@endkicks.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: ENDKICKS, 27 rue du gros Murger, 95220 Herblay, France.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
